Our Director, Thomas Wyer, was recently published in the Physio Times Magazine. The article covers the behind the scenes of being a physio, a business owner, and managing a Pilates studio on the side. Tom also expands on the benefits his client’s have experienced by introducing Pilates to their exercise regime. Pilates is a fantastic addition as it can be used to “improve posture, for injury prevention and overall well being”.

“One of the most unique points of difference about Studio Pilates is that it was co-founded by a qualified physiotherapist. As a result, all exercises and programming are created with a sound biomechanical approach. For this reason, the Studio Pilates approach is a safe and effective program and the perfect environment for physios to recommend their clients for injury management and general well being.”
