Onsite physiotherapy, workstation assessments, injury prevention workshops and return-to-work support for your team, delivered by an established Sydney CBD clinic.
Neck, back and wrist complaints are some of the most common reasons office staff lose focus, take time off or lodge a workplace injury claim. Most of them start small and are easier to manage early.
Prolonged sitting, static postures and repetitive keyboard and mouse work load the body in predictable ways. Left alone, mild stiffness can turn into persistent pain, reduced productivity and, in some cases, a Workers Compensation claim.
PhysiCo City works with organisations to address these issues before they escalate. We can come to your office for treatment days, workstation assessments and group education, or see your staff at our clinic directly above Gadigal Metro Station. Every program is scoped around your team, your workspace and what you want to achieve.
We have been treating Sydney CBD office workers for more than 17 years, so we know the problems desk-based teams run into and how to manage them in a way that fits around the working day.
A physiotherapist attends your workplace on scheduled days to assess and treat staff, so they can get care without leaving the office.
Individual or group assessments of desk, chair, screen, keyboard and mouse setup, with practical adjustments made on the spot.
Lunch-and-learn sessions on desk posture, movement breaks, simple stretches and recognising early warning signs before they become injuries.
Prompt assessment when a staff member reports pain or an injury, and structured rehabilitation to support a safe return to normal duties.
Staff can attend our CBD clinic before work, at lunchtime or after work, Monday to Saturday, a short walk or Metro ride from most CBD offices.
Exercise physiology, remedial massage, dietetics and psychology are available under the same roof if your program needs more than physiotherapy.
Desk-based work produces a familiar set of complaints. Our physiotherapists assess and manage all of the following:
Tell us about your team, your workplace and what prompted the enquiry. We will get in touch to talk it through.
We recommend a mix of services, a schedule and a cost based on your team size, format and goals. There is no standard package to fit into.
Our physiotherapists deliver the program onsite, at our clinic, or both, working around your team's calendar.
We check in with you on how the program is running and adjust the format or frequency as your needs change.
Your staff's health information stays between them and their practitioner. We only share individual clinical details with an employer with the staff member's consent.
All of our physiotherapists are registered with AHPRA and hold the professional indemnity insurance that registration requires.
We regularly see clients under NSW Workers Compensation and understand the paperwork and communication involved in a return to work.
Trusted in Sydney CBD for over 17 years with more than 25,000 clients treated, many of them office workers from nearby businesses.
Our clinic is at Level 2, 127 Bathurst Street, so staff attending in person lose as little of the working day as possible.
Programs are built around your team rather than sold as fixed packages. We will recommend a format that suits your size and goals.

Corporate physiotherapy is physiotherapy an organisation arranges for its staff. It usually combines treatment for existing aches and injuries with prevention: workstation assessments, education on posture and movement, and early management of problems before they lead to time off or a Workers Compensation claim. It can be delivered at your workplace, at our clinic, or both.
We offer onsite physiotherapy days, individual and group workstation assessments, injury prevention workshops and lunch-and-learn talks, early intervention and return-to-work support, and clinic access for staff at our Sydney CBD clinic. Exercise physiology, remedial massage, dietetics and psychology are also available at the clinic if your program needs them.
Each program is quoted individually, because cost depends on the services you choose, how many staff are involved, whether sessions are onsite or at our clinic, and how often they run. Send us an enquiry with a few details about your team and we will put together a proposal.
Yes. We can deliver treatment days, workstation assessments and workshops at your workplace. When we scope the program we will confirm the space needed, such as a private room for treatment or a meeting room for group sessions.
That depends on how you want the program set up. Services such as onsite days, workshops and workstation assessments are typically funded by the business. When staff attend our clinic, physiotherapy can also be claimed on their own private health extras cover, with on-the-spot HICAPS claiming so they pay only the gap. We can discuss the options when we prepare your proposal.
Yes. Clinical records are kept confidential in line with Australian privacy law and our professional obligations as registered health practitioners. We do not share an individual's clinical details with their employer without that person's consent. Feedback to you about the program itself, such as attendance and general themes, does not identify individuals.
Yes. We see clients under NSW Workers Compensation and can provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation aimed at a safe return to normal duties. Workers Compensation requires specific paperwork, including a claim number, so the staff member should contact our reception team before their first appointment so we can confirm what is needed.
No. Staff do not need a referral for private physiotherapy. A referral or approval is only needed for funded pathways such as Workers Compensation, DVA or a Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.
Yes. All of our physiotherapists are registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia through AHPRA, and registration requires them to hold professional indemnity insurance.
Programs are scoped to suit the size of your team. For a smaller office, a one-off workshop or a round of workstation assessments can be a good place to start, while larger workplaces may prefer regular onsite days. Tell us about your team and we will confirm what we can offer.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, so staff can attend before work, at lunchtime or after work.
We are at Level 2, 127 Bathurst Street, Sydney CBD, in the Gadigal Station Building, directly above Gadigal Metro Station. Town Hall and Museum stations are a short walk away.
Send us an enquiry with your organisation's name, approximate team size and what you are looking for. We will get in touch to discuss your needs and prepare a proposal.
