No referral is needed to see most of our practitioners — you can book directly. If you're accessing care through Medicare (EPC/Chronic Disease Management), DVA, Workcover or NDIS, your GP or case manager will provide the relevant referral or plan.
Yes. We offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming so you only pay the gap on the day. We are a Bupa Network Provider and accept all health funds, plus Medicare, Workcover, Third Party, DVA, NDIS and international insurance.
Please bring any relevant scans, X-rays or referral letters, your private health or Medicare card, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early so we can complete a short intake form.
Initial consultations typically run 30–45 minutes so we have time to assess you thoroughly and start treatment. Follow-up appointments are usually shorter, depending on your treatment plan.
