Tom is the founder and director of PhysiCo City Physiotherapy, with clinics in Sydney CBD and Redfern. Established in 2008, PhysiCo City has grown into a leader in the field, featuring two state-of-the-art clinics and a fully-equipped Pilates studio at Town Hall. Tom’s vision was to create a practice characterized by teamwork, continuous learning, professionalism, and excellence, with a team of expert physiotherapists each specializing in specific areas of the body.
Tom graduated from Sydney University in 2004 and later earned a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, along with an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business. His extensive physiotherapy experience includes eight seasons working with NRL teams like the Cronulla Sharks and West Tigers, where he gained a deep understanding of sporting injuries and the biomechanics of the pelvis and lower limb. Tom takes a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on addressing the root cause of dysfunction and prescribing exercises to prevent further issues. His systematic approach helps identify weaknesses and promote improved strength and performance.
A Sydney native, Tom grew up in Bondi Beach and enjoys surfing, swimming, spearfishing, as well as practicing Yoga and Pilates in his spare time.
Sean our Senior Physiotherapist and is a very astute physiotherapist with a great attention to detail. Being a Dunedin University graduate, he has spent the past 14 years working with people with Low Back Pain and athletes from a variety of sports and activity levels. His dedication to his examination is undeniable and he is willing to go that extra mile to get the result for his client.
Sean has undertaken a plethora of post graduate studies in order to further his knowledge in the field. With a special interest in applying the Mulligan’s concept of mobilisations with movement (MWMs) and the “Key Approach” to address spinal and peripheral joint dysfunctions.
His passion and knowledge in sports injuries and how the lower limb biomechanics will contribute to an injury, allows him to customize treatment programs which cater to each individuals needs. You will not be disappointed with your results!!
Aditi is a highly skilled Physiotherapist with extensive international experience. She earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney and has since honed her expertise in various clinical settings, including neuro, musculoskeletal, and cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy. Aditi has also worked in several private clinics around Sydney, where she has closely treated patients with musculoskeletal conditions, degenerative diseases, chronic pain, and sports injuries.
Aditi is passionate about empowering her patients to manage their symptoms independently, helping them take control of their lives rather than be defined by chronic pain. She strongly advocates for Pilates as a valuable tool in achieving these goals and enhancing overall functionality.
Outside of her professional life, Aditi holds a certification in plant-based culinary arts from Demuths Cookery School in the UK (2019). She enjoys experimenting with plant-based recipes, exploring global cuisines, and finding new ways to blend nutrition with her love of cooking. Aditi is also an avid traveler and hiker, enjoying the outdoors and discovering new places and cultures. These interests contribute to her holistic approach to health and well-being, both personally and in her physiotherapy practice.
Nick reigns from the snowy peaks of Calgary in Canada, it is here that he studied in a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Nicholas has extensive knowledge on human movement and physiology and how it relates to musculoskeletal injury management and prevention as well as enhancing performance.
Before coming to Australia, Nick worked in Canada with university-level athletes playing basketball, volleyball, rugby, diving and alpine skiing. His experience in strength and conditioning gave him the passion and expertise to obtain great results during sports rehabilitation, and performance optimisation with an emphasis on injury prevention.
After completing his Masters in Physiotherapy, Nick refined his rehabilitation skills in both private and community-based physiotherapy clinics. This experience provided Nick with the necessary skills to treat a highly diverse patient population, ranging from the elderly to athletes. In addition to his holistic approach to patient recovery and goal attainment, Nick strives to maximise results using evidence-based treatments, including hands on techniques and exercises tailored to each individual. Throughout the treatment process, Nick ensures his clients are equipped with the knowledge and techniques required to maintain and enhance injury prevention.
Nick has continued further studies the treatment of Headaches under Dean Watson, Dry needling and has a specific interest in shoulder rehabilitation using functional movement retraining.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing basketball, surfing and hiking.
Saxon is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. He combines manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and massage with strength-based programming to guide clients from injury through to full performance. He holds an Advanced Sports and Rehabilitation Taping certification and is qualified in GEMt Dry Needling, allowing him to tailor hands-on care to each individual.
With extensive experience in football, Saxon served as Head Physiotherapist for the University of Sydney Soccer Football Club (men’s program) and worked with elite athletes at Marconi Stallions FC in the NSW National Premier League. He has a particular interest in lower limb rehabilitation and ACL injuries, including emerging cross-bracing protocols that focus on ligament preservation and return-to-play outcomes.
Saxon completed his Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney, following an Honours degree in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Monash University. He is also an accredited ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a former NSW State Council Member for Sports Medicine Australia, reflecting his commitment to ongoing professional development.
Alongside private practice, Saxon has worked in the NDIS sector, managing a diverse caseload including chronic neck and back pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, and Parkinson’s disease. He has a strong interest in the interplay between psychosocial and behavioural conditions and their impact on recovery, engagement, and overall quality of life. He also regularly supports office-based clients with postural pain and chronic spinal conditions related to sedentary work environments.
Originally from Tasmania, Saxon is a keen climber and hiker—often found scaling cliffs in the Blue Mountains or Nowra on his days off.

Caitlin is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. She completed her Physiotherapy degree at University College Dublin before going on to complete a PhD in Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. After working in Dublin for several years, Caitlin recently relocated to Australia and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient.
Caitlin has completed additional training in dry needling, sports injury management, female pelvic health, postpartum rehabilitation and Pilates. She combines manual therapy techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education to create personalised treatment plans and help patients achieve long-term results.
With a background in competitive triathlon, Caitlin understands the physical demands of sport and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love, whether recovering from injury, returning to exercise postpartum, or improving overall strength and function.
Outside of the clinic, Caitlin enjoys running, sea swimming, and making the most of the Australian coastline.
Carmen is a registered psychologist who earned her Licentiate degree in Psychology, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology in Europe. Her doctoral research focused on bullying in adolescence and was obtained with highest distinction from an expert tribunal in 2010. Her ten years of academic training have been fully recognised by AHPRA.
With extensive experience across clinical and forensic settings, Carmen has worked with a diverse range of clients, including those presenting with acute stress, PTSD, complex trauma, psychotic disorders, anxiety and depression, personality and borderline disorders, schizophrenia, ASD, intellectual disabilities, and addiction issues. She has worked extensively in therapeutic and correctional environments. Carmen’s passion for cognition and human behaviour, combined with her deep clinical lens, allows her to assess patient needs effectively and deliver tailored interventions. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interview (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Psychoeducation, Counselling, and Psychodynamic and Narrative Approaches.

Alex has completed her undergraduate degree at UNSW, completed a Masters Degree in Psychology at the City College of New York, and then completed a further post-graduate degree at the College of Professional Psychology (COPP) to obtain full registration with the Board of Psychology in Australia.

Steve is a registered psychologist with experience working with people dealing with work stress and challenges, Acute Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complicated Grief, ADHD and Post-traumatic Stress. His understanding and effectiveness with his clients is enhanced with having had a career in demanding industrial and management roles alongside a wide variety of people and cultures in Australia and overseas.
He believes that supporting people towards wellbeing begins with listening carefully and understanding their strengths, needs, and situation. He coaches clients in achieving their goals with targeted therapies that have evidence based track records. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness techniques and Psychoeducation.
Kaitlyn Ngo is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics Program), majoring in Nutrition Science and minoring in Psychology.
Kaitlyn has interests in a range of clinical areas including chronic disease management, nutritional deficiencies, healthy aging, gastrointestinal conditions, weight loss and muscle gain.
Kaitlyn is dedicated to a holistic approach when guiding her patients throughout their health journey, ensuring comprehensive care, improvements in health outcomes and goal achievement. With a passion for personalised nutrition education, she empowers her patients make informed decisions about their health, ensuring their dietary choices are sustainable and well-integrated into a balanced lifestyle.
Beyond clinical practice, Kaitlyn is an active contributor to public health research. Her areas of focus include food reformulation for cardiovascular health as well as applications of innovative technologies in healthcare.
